GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between REDSTONE (hereinafter “Organizer”) and the purchasers of event tickets (hereinafter “Customer”) via the website redstonevents.com.
2. Conclusion of Contract
Ticket sales are processed exclusively via a third-party ticketing platform, accessed either through an external link or an embedded iframe on the website. By completing the order process on this platform, the Customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the order confirmation is sent by the ticketing platform on behalf of the Organizer.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), unless stated otherwise. Payment processing is handled exclusively by the external ticketing platform. The Organizer does not collect, process, or store any payment information.
4. Ticket Validity and Transferability
Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date printed on them. Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to deny admission if tickets are obtained through unauthorized channels.
5. Event Cancellation and Postponement
If an event is cancelled entirely, the ticket price will be refunded. If an event is postponed, the ticket remains valid for the new date; refunds for postponed events are only granted if requested within 5 days of the postponement announcement. Travel and accommodation expenses are not reimbursed.
6. Admission and House Rules
The Customer is subject to the venue’s house rules. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or expel individuals who disrupt the event, pose a security risk, or violate house rules, without refund.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Swiss law, the Organizer’s liability for direct and indirect damages is excluded, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The Organizer assumes no liability for lost or stolen personal belongings at the venue.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTC and all contracts concluded under them are governed exclusively by substantive Swiss law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Bonstetten, Switzerland.
