Ticket purchases are processed entirely through an external ticketing platform integrated via iframe or external link. We do not collect, have access to, or store any payment data or transaction details on our website.
We only receive the necessary operational data (e.g., name, email, ticket type) from the ticketing provider to fulfill the event contract and manage admission (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a nFADP).

Ticketing/Payments: Processed by the ticketing platform or other private entity. Their specific privacy policy governs the checkout process.
Newsletter: Managed via Brevo. This provider acts as a data processor and is bound by Swiss data protection standards.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure your data. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until consent is revoked. Operational event data received from the ticketing platform is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose of collection or as required by Swiss statutory retention periods (e.g., 10 years for accounting records).
